Ellexy Brand Identity Project

Ellexy partnered with Vorsan to develop a complete and cohesive brand identity that would serve as the foundation for its long-term growth. As a developing company, Ellexy needed a clear and recognizable visual identity that could communicate professionalism, build trust with customers, and maintain consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive brand system that could be applied across digital platforms, printed materials, and customer-facing communications. Rather than focusing on a single logo or design element, the project aimed to establish a full brand identity framework including visual assets, typography standards, messaging direction, and structured brand guidelines.
By building a scalable identity system, Ellexy would be able to maintain brand consistency as the company expands its marketing presence, launches new initiatives, and engages with customers across multiple channels. The final deliverables were designed to provide both immediate usability and long-term flexibility for future brand development.
The project began with the development of a complete logo system designed to represent the brand across a variety of contexts. This included a primary logo, secondary variations, a submark or icon, and a favicon for digital use. Each logo variation was delivered in multiple formats and color treatments to ensure usability across both digital and print environments.
Alongside the logo suite, Vorsan established a structured visual identity system built around a defined color palette and typography hierarchy. The color palette included primary and secondary brand colors with specified values for digital and print applications, while the typography system defined font pairings and hierarchy rules for headings, body text, and supporting content.
To ensure long-term brand consistency, a comprehensive brand style guide was created outlining visual standards and usage rules. The guide included logo spacing and sizing rules, color and typography usage, tone of voice guidance, and examples of how the brand should appear across web, print, and social media applications.
Additional design assets were developed to extend the brand system beyond core identity elements. These included custom iconography, brand patterns, illustration direction, and photography guidelines to help create a cohesive visual language. Supporting marketing assets were also produced, including social media templates, email signatures, presentation deck templates, and branded stationery such as business cards and letterhead.
All deliverables were organized and delivered through a structured asset system that included editable source files and optimized exports for web and print. This ensured the Ellexy team could easily access and implement their brand assets across future projects and marketing initiatives.
The completed project provided Ellexy with a fully developed brand identity system that can be used consistently across all marketing and communication channels. With a structured visual identity, defined brand guidelines, and a library of supporting assets, the company now has a professional and scalable foundation for its brand.
